The Technology Professionals On Call Business service call will bring a certified consultant into your business to diagnosis and repair all your technology problems. If we need to order parts, we can take your computer back to the shop and repair it for our drop-off rates or we can return and only bill you for the actual hours it takes to fix your problems. The choice is totally up to you!
Business On Site Service Call for Diagnosis and Repair - $75 per hour (plus parts and travel time)
(Service call has a one hour minimum per visit. After the first hour billing is in half-hour increments. If drop-off rates are chosen your equipment will be taken back to the shop, repaired and delivered once complete. Total repair cost will be provided and agreed to prior to beginning repairs. A written cost analysis can be provided before or after the repairs are completed. Payment for service call and repairs is expected upon delivery of your equipment unless arrangements are made prior to your visit. All business customers will receive a basic security analysis on all computers we work on and a written report of all repairs done. Annual service agreements are available which include a basic security audit for your organization, routine maintenance, and contracted labor rates to save money in the long run. Emergency response is also available at $100 per hour and will have a technician respond to your facility as soon as they are available.)
